Making thriftswapping the nuw norm
Nuw is a thrift-swapping app for Gen Z and millennials, turning sustainable fashion into a simple, community-driven exchange. Users upload unwanted items to earn coins, which they can use to request pieces from others.
As Nuw expanded from the UK and Ireland into the US, I worked across growth sprints to improve the end-to-end experience: from acquisition to conversion-critical flows (home, profile, listings screens). In collaboration with the product manager, I also led the design of a logistics feature that enabled the US launch, contributing to a 20% increase in overall transactions in 2023.
Alongside product work, I led a light brand retouch and supported guerrilla campaigns (Black Friday, February Swap Festival), balancing creative exploration with fast execution.
